Our action is based on a collaborative and participatory approach, collective intelligence and the animation of a community of practice. All our activities are structured around a common objective, involving several autonomous and interdependent stakeholders, who cooperate horizontally. Steering is distributed, based on consultation, co-responsibility and voluntary commitment. In our 8 countries of intervention spread over 3 regions, we set up shared initiatives in the fields of purchasing, human resources and the environment. In support of humanitarian organizations, we coordinate shared international humanitarian transport initiatives for the most serious humanitarian crises.
